Because life happens, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. Cleaning Fee - $150.00 Florida/Osceola Tax Rate: 13.5% A guest starter package of: One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one dish sponge, one trash bag in each trash receptacle, one dishwasher detergent tab, one laundry detergent sample and one small bottle of dish soap is included in your stay. Please note that, in order to comply with Florida State Health Regulations, we are unable to supply condiments or any food product. Due to severe home owner allergies and the amount we frequent our second home, no animals are permitted under any circumstances - There are a number of pet friendly homes located within Windsor Hills which can be found by narrowing your search criteria. For enhanced security and as part of our remote digital check-in process, we have 2 outdoor cameras. Cameras are located at the front door (doorbell) and at the rear of the property (monitoring the a/c unit and pool pump/heater behind our home).Cameras are not used in any interior or guest areas, including the pool and lanai.
